How to Send an Invoice as a PDF from Your Phone

Why PDF is still the standard

A PDF invoice looks the same on every device, can't be accidentally edited by the recipient, and is what most accounting software expects for record-keeping. Sending a photo or a plain text message instead makes your business look less professional and can slow down payment.

Step-by-step: exporting a PDF invoice on your phone

1. Open the invoice you want to send from the Invoices tab in Invoiso.
2. Tap Preview to see the finished document exactly as your client will.
3. Tap Share to send directly through email, WhatsApp, iMessage, or any app installed on your phone — or tap Download to save the PDF to your device first.
4. Done. Your client receives a clean, properly formatted PDF invoice, no extra apps or conversions needed.

No separate PDF converter needed
